It's not an accident that "Sign up for Excite@Home NOW!!" isn't plastered all over the place. Very bad mistake to drive demand and then fail to deliver Good point. How about at least a mention of @home somewhere? What kind of brand building is this? The name in a logo perhaps, one link at the bottom- there is zero! A nice example: the "new" version of SI has a small but tasteful "go2net" logo in the upper right corner. You see it on every page. People will know go2net more because of SI. Eric
