Look the link at:" Your BLAST at Intel's legal situation vis-a-vis VIA just took a right turn - degenerating into a performance review of SDRAM vs RAMBUS. I assume you are admitting that Intel has taken no steps to block VIA from shipping any product whatsoever - and that Intel is protecting its Intellectual Property through the proper channels. As for the RAMBUS/SDRAM debate - let's just see what the products do - then we can all decide what the winner will be. Paul
