Bill,

I now own two speculative tech shares, RACE and NOVL. These
do not fit into my protfoglio, nor are type of stocks I I
usually buy or trade.

I think one should approach speculative stocks only as speculative,
and not as grouth.

Speculative companies such as NOVAL, in my opinion, are not to be
considered long term investments. I set up a goal that should not
exceed 12 months period. When I reach it I get out. Now, if by pure
chance in three weeks time the stocks reaches my sales limit, I still
sell. With INTC or KO I can afford to get greedy an dkeep them a year or
two, they represnt grouth.

With RACE and NOVL I can not use the same approach. They way I go about
it I know I will not make millions, but I make some modest gain,
and reamin in cirulation(furthermore I can keep my fiat 500 in
good repair!!)

Thanks,

Yaacov
