I, and others i think, were expecting an announcement of some type of agreement with AOL. Instead we just got a general announcement. I sold my position after the announcement was made for a small loss. I think that is why you are seeing the drop in the stock price. Others who expected or heard rumors have decided to sell. I don't think its because any fundamentals have changed.
