Chip, when you can access the web-site using the IP numbers but not the domain name (www.globalte.com), that is usually indicative of a problem with the ISP's domain name servers (DNS servers).

Usually this type of problem occurs in two different circumstances. Either the site is new and the domain name (registered with Internic) has not been added to the DNS servers at the ISP (Cadvision in thsi case), or the web-site domain name is being changed and the DNS server has already been updated with the new domain name.

In this case, because www.globalte.com has been around for quite a while and is obviously NOT new, I suspect that the latter is true and perhaps the domain name has been (or is in the process of being) changed, but that the new name has not yet been publicized.

I did a host name search using the IP numbers you gave us, so people should be able to use and bookmark either of the following ...

207.148.154.93

h-207-148-154-93.gen.cadvision.com

For e-mail purposes the domain name in the second link above might work, for example .... username@h-207-148-154-93.gen.cadvision.com .
