BTW - IVOC has 20 active Market Makers in their stock, a very good sign! Not necessarily. A scam that I got taken in by, IPMCF, collected a scad of Market Makers immediately after it spiked to its all time high. Well, most of them were interested in being Market Makers so they could short without having to borrow. They made tons of money as that shit-hole stock went to near zero and was delisted. Fortunately, I dumped with only a small loss.
