Not according to the reputable source:

The whole his activity looks highly suspicious:
received as Gift 295,300 (~600,000 after split)
shares, gave as gift 471,300 (900,000) shares,
"disposed" 387,600 (780,000) shares, etc. etc.
And all these shares are "INDIRECT" holdings,
which are a clear means for manipulations.

BTW, you already have said "goodnight", so
make like a tree and... go to your corner
with your "foils".
