If I were peddling a newsletter I would probably try to say some of these things about myself too.
You also quote "Dr" Gary North a lot. He also peddles a newsletter.
Who else has ever heard of Chevalier Harry Schultz, and who subscribes to his newsletter? Look over his self-proclaimed list of achievements. Where is the verification of these other than on his own website?
If he truly has the track record he claims, why is he still making a living hawking a newsletter? All he has to do is to follow his own advice (claims 87% correct predictions), and he should easily be wealthier than the chairman of a software company that I know about.
As Cheeky pointed out in message 7509:
>>Cortright said people should be cautious about going to Y2K meetings and town hall functions because "almost always we find that they've been selling some type of food, water or meat or preservatives or power generators."
"As far as I'm concerned, they're just marketing seminars." <<
So Ken, what are you selling? You certainly know how to get yourself into a lather. This can happen when one is trying to make a case for the sale of a product to solve a problem.
Let me guess,
Windup radios, A years supply of dried beans, Collapsible water barrels,
But wait, theres more. . .
(somebody else finish this) |
