Received this response from Joel Silver, or his office. He is the founder of Imaging Science Foundation, Inc.
<<Kindly understand that there were two verrrry long interviews from two writers and many points of interest were excluded due to the space given to this story.
The interest from the mainstream press the last year has been wonderful, we can't pick on them for hightlighting home theater. We have been in Time, WOR NY 10:00 news, NY Times, NY Daily news, SF Chronicle, Indianapolis, Cinn, & Chicago papers to name a few. We always focus on ALL new technologies. All these writers are fighting for space.
We look forward to taking the Projectorvision unit to our seminars, DLP has color rendering that we have been struggling for with CRT's for decades>>
I simple emailed ISF, Inc to introduce him to the PJTV unit. He not only had heard of it, but plans to use it. His comment reinforces our belief's in the quality. MY NOTE TO HIM READ: <<Mr. Silver (Joel),
You were recently quoted in the IBD article "How to Shop for your monster television.", by Toni Kamins. Both you and he made no mention of the COMBINED both front and rear DVTV and mirror projected unit being produced by Projectavision. 100# and under $8000.
The viewing area ranges from 60" to 21 FEET and is CLEARLY visible even from the accute "corners".
Just thought you'd be interested in knowing the NEXT area of home theater viewing and product marketing.
Thanks for the time Roland >> |
