Neo, Those are fair concerns. Please remember, I did stress that it was helping those that wished to be helped, not just determining that everyone must adhere to some sort of enrichment program that I have deemed viable. I'm not that smart.:-) I'm talking about making sure there is opportunity and availability for self betterment, for everyone that wants it. attending college is only one small aspect. I don't think everyone wants to go to colege, for one. Revolution is a poor chice of words, I made. I was trying to say that it is naive, if only a few practice that way of thinking. The more that do, the less naive my prior post becomes. Mark
