The Shares are NOT put up yet...there must be a miss understanding on any free up. MEANING an expiration of a pre contract to allow ...a non open ended contract to say so state when a NEW DEAL can be addressed forward. Never do an open ended contract in real estate they say...a fixed DUE DATE for compliance and set pre determined extensions, with a schedule of costs,penalities or non penalities must be so stated. Having said that, 1999 will be our year. Chucka- I say issuer a PR saying it is dead. Gonzo. Fini. SiYaNarra!This will BRING IN ADDITIONAL NEW OFFERS- it does in real estate...transactions are lost in RE all the time based upon preception--Oh, that one is still tied up in EIRTH: 1)- Litagation that is allready solved, 2) A Bad Sewerage System that is fixed. 3) a 100 year old Right of Way that scares the folks away. or a miriad of other BLOCKING TO OFFERS THINGS!
