Ram Rao: I have no idea....and to be honest with you I am not sure there is a "cash flow" from Peerless at this point. The project has had problems since day 1. To top it off there is a "loan" to the Government due soon. Survival is at stake now....and it sure looks like a pile of people are bailing out at .03 cents. I am betting that we will prosper...and just bought another 50,000 shares. Regards: Ron
