It is curious how you typed three paragraphs of drivel but didn't devote a single sentence to explaining why 5,000 shares is significant to a man who has millions of shares in options.

Your only explanation seems to be that Cook thinks like Cook and Wang thinks like Wang. I will take that as a compliment, because if I had millions of options in a company, unless I were lobotomized, I would not buy another 5,000 shares. If I knew some very good news were coming, I might buy another 200,000 shares or options, but 5,000 shares is so insignificant and meaningless and would be a complete waste of time.

There is no conspiracy theory here. It's very simple math and logic.
