Internet "remote" work has made my life much more manageable.
Work hours are now scheduled around my "living" and not the inverse. I can work in the morning then take the afternoon off and head back to work after dinner. It's great! 8 hours a day of work just rescheduled around my "living".
Within 2 minutes of the flat there are:
8 Boulangeries
5 Boucheries
1 Charcuterie
2 Pâtisseries
2 Poissonneries
3 Fromageries
6 Marchands de fruits et de légumes
4 Fleuristes
1 Shop that sells Horse, Mmmmmm
0 Wine is everywhere
50 Cafes, Brasseries, Restaurants, Bars, etc...
Nice walks around the isles of the Seine, Mommartre, Le Bois, etc.
Etretat is 2.5 hours away. Same with the Loire.
We do Gascony and the Navare next week.
Pic du Midi Fromage. Then some Pays Basque.
Then back here to the frontier of Pigalle and the Opera arrondissements.
Dinners start at 10pm and can take hours to finish.
We enjoy the food and the sitting in conversation and laughter.
Weddings last until the Sun comes up the following day.
So, when one says for me to get a live (spelling?) what, where and how could I improve my situation? I am not sure ;-)
Taking prescription drugs is maybe for some to do?

But I will stay with the basics - wine, cheese and bread.
