Wang, what is Mr Cook's net worth excluding options and any closely held shares? How much free cash does he have to make personal investments with? Do you understand he cannot borrow against options and/or restricted stock? Did he buy the 5K shares for himself or for his son? Do you know if he has children? Do you know anything about this man? You haven't a clue what the real reason for this purchase was. You only have your conspiracy theory. If you think I complimented you by my post, then fine. I can only assure you that was not my intent.
