information straight from the horses mouth Mr. Tom Morsey.

1. What will the new internet site address be?

The internet address URL has not been determined yet, but it is complete. The front half
of the site was developed by Oracle and the back half was designed by Qwest and
SHCC is in the middle. Yes, the site is complete! The reason it's not up and running is
because the programmers are not done testing the site and they are still ensuring the
databases give out the correct billing information, pin numbers (no duplicates and in
numeric order). But the site has been completed for some time now.

2. What does the future hold for SHCC?

"The prepaid phone service we will offer will be a stepping stone for Saratoga." "The
real money will be in telephony."
Naturally, I had to inquire about telephony.
Telephony is the name utilized for the overall phone business. It is the science of utilizing
telephones from point A to point B. The term itself is used to cover a wide spectrum of
transactions. Specifically, SHCC will use telephony to utilize P.C. to P.C. (personal
computer) telephone calls, internet to phone, phone to internet, and P.C. to internet to
phone. Here's how that would work: for example: go to www.net2phone.com/english and
you would download the free compression software and buy a microphone for your
computer at you local radio shack for a few bucks and boom you talking using your
computer. But what seperates SHCC from other guys is that the technology and
resources that it has at its fingertips is astounding.
The website will be in English; however, since it will be marketed to international
markets many different languages will be avaliable. You click on the language you need
and it will convert the entire website for your specific language. Remember: the
telephony phase is not and will not be fully implementated for some time but it is coming
and it will be big. I will touch on it again at the end of this post.

3. What is the latest with Qwest? Same ole' same ole'
HOWEVER THERE WILL BE A BIG PRESS RELEASE MONDAY OR TUESDAY.
THIS IS PER TOM MORSEY. I know what your saying, my last post from Pat Rost he
promised one this week...how do you think I feel? I'm the one posting this suff and I look
bad posting bad info. Anyway, lets all hope for Monday or Tuesday for big news! If not
blame Tom Morsey not me.

4. Will SHCC be signing with any other carriers in the future?

Yes definately! and futhermore it was SHCC that chose Qwest not vice versa. According
to Tom Morsey the way it works is big companies like Qwest help out small companies
like SHCC by giving them (for free) software and let the small company run with it. When
the company has established a market base in a certain geographic location Qwest
buys the company. Here's what makes this even better for SHCC. Morsey says there
are many big companies looking at the technology that SHCC harnesses and SHCC is
NOT obligated by Qwest to do anything. SHCC can do what it wants. SHCC will be
signing with other carriers (he hinted at Cable, Wire and Cordless).

5. What search engines can we expect SHCC to be advertising on?

None, this is false!

6. How fast do you expect the test markets to grow?
.
Nobody knows but there is currently a niche market in Central and South America that
SHCC will immeadiately and aggressively market to..Why you ask? Because the
government currently controls the long distance market. The long distance market is
being severely overcharged in these sectors. Nobody controls the internet and how it is
used, nor can they. The plan is by offering substancially cheaper prices (under .10 a
minute, which is over half price by current standards in these areas) along with improved
quality in the clarity of reception the technology will be a welcomed change to this
market.

7. How many countries will eventually be included in this prepaid marketing camapign?

44 countries and all will be linked to each other.

8. What is your target price for the stock in 1-6 months?

9.What are the projected revenues after the launch of the website?

The website is still scheduled for August 15 or possibly earlier. But the revenue
projections are for the first 6 months after August 15....Reveune projections: "In the
millions easily." (Tom Morsey's words not mine)

10.What are the current staffing levels?
.
Currently, Tom Morsey has 7 employees working under him. But Morsey is quick to add
that Qwest has done all the leg work and that he has alot of contract workers
(programmers etc.) and once they are done there will be no need for them at the
company so instead of let them go he made the decision to just outsource them for a
few months. The amount of computer power that SHCC has harnessed is very
impressive per Tom Morsey.

11. Have you considered the business to business aspect of overseas calls and back to
the U.S.?

Yes, that is where the bulk of the revenues will be generated from is business to
business calls.
