Mom, I said it could not be done and I should have pointed out "by conventional means". That someone has developed a derivative means to circumvent the system (which shareholders have a right to sue - and Roger Babb said he would do just that) is simply a sign of the times. I believe that few reputable insiders would take such a course and until Mr Cook proves otherwise let's not accuse him.

In any event, it doesn't make sense to sell forward his restricted stock so he can buy same on the open market. Does it?
