Ah, Penni, you make the outer banks sound so good, but I'll take the Delmarva peninsula. The beaches tend to be higher-profile, and the waves are more fun. I would also like to get down to the beaches of Venice - St. Pete, Florida to do some fossil hunting with the kids.
