Someone on DRGI thread on RB said that ARXA went through a "similiar" financial ordeal 3 months ago.. now they are trading over $1.00 share I'm trusting his post on that... I did look at their march 99 filing and it wasn't too pretty.. yet they have gone from about 15cents/share to $1.15 in just a few months after making some nice turnaround it looks like There are probably countless examples of companies coming out of CH11 and making it... probalby quite a few where they dont too.. but the court system obviously gave this company a new start and based on what we've all read.. they are going to make the most of it.. we've GOT to see some revenue streams shortly though... the Form 10 was filed with SEC.. so that's being finalized... all we need now is a revenue stream/contract/merger... and then I'll be adding more.. meantime, I'm buying on oversold dips like we're on now.. but for me to add more over 20cents.. I'll have to see some proof that they can get something in writing to ensure the future of the company Let's hope we see some news on this monday/tuesday. jim
