Thank you for explaining your position.

I am in agreement with the writer of the article not because of his conspiracy angle, but because he points out the tremendous advantage that both AOL and RNWK would get if they aligned their efforts.
As has been pointed out here, I believe that the future of communication and commerce on the desktop, or any other device, will be ruled by the company with control of its own destiny in broadband and browser space.
An alliance of AOL and RNWK would move them both closer in the new browser arena, and make this combined entity a colossus, instead of just a gorilla, especially with the coming broadband deal between AOL and T.
