The volatility of a distributor's stock:

Take a look at ZOMAX INC (Nasdaq:ZOMX). Zomax is an outsource service provider to software publishers, computer manufacturers and other producers of multimedia products. Revenues reflect increases in CD related sales and diskette sales.

This company was needlessly pounded back in Sept. of 1998 for no significant reasons and dropped from $20 down to $4. Here's part of a post from the Yahoo board during that month regarding ZOMX:

"...But with new contracts at hand and a good position in the market place, the low overhead in their Minnesota distribution center should move it up to 12+, but its going to be long time before hitting 20 again..."

Any of this sound familiar??

ZOMX' current market price is $53.875 on sales of $135 million, income of $4.78 million and a market cap. of over $390 million. Price to sales ratio.....3.09 (slightly more than VMIX' 0.12)

Tell me VMIX does not have a great chance of at least doubling within next 12 months.
