Anthony,

I've been wondering whether shorts do better in bull markets, especially if the focus is on the less-than-reputable stocks (LTR's).

Isn't it the bull market that supplies the wealth and optimism for people to invest in companies with no track record, no reporting, and an unbelievable concept, causing the ridiculous rise in price, thus making the opportunities.

In bear markets, when few are investing in speculation, the opportunities may be much sparser.
