Wow. $750,000 for 1998. Let's see there are 60 rooms that means that about $12,500 gross per room. We know they were 70% filled according something I recall reading, so that means say 250 nights of occupancy per room. That means that the average per night charge was $50. All of this for a 2 star hotel on the beach. My that is a bargain.

So 30 more rooms? Either they are going to be building quite an addition to this little 3 story building or those rooms are going to get real small.

So where is the restaurant going? They don't have one now. They won't get those 4 stars without good food and room service.

Kind of disingenuous to say they have a golf course when you have to drive 2 miles to get to it. Or are you claiming that actually own the golf course that they claim guests have access to? Why don't they claim they have a miniature golf course, a massage parlor, a pizza parlor, a bank and other amenities that are surely within a few miles.
