but remember that the tax benifits for a movie production company are huge. so there is no need for them to become a usa company. they just need to fiel with the sec as a foreign company.. yes the restrictions are higher , but they should not care to much in the short term as they will far exceed the size limits etc.. right now if it means more cashs stays in the company by bieng registered in canada then i think that they should stay untill such time as the financial benifit is lost.. i want to see the cash stay in the company for new projects..etc imo tim
