I have not heard anything about a take over either. I called John Collens at Fortune and he said they adopted a shareholder rights plan. The purpose is to protect existing shareholders in the event the company has some significant finds. Strain Consulting has a $13.90 possible break-up value on the company. I think 1997 will be a big year for Fortune even if they only discover half of what they anticipate.
