(T.MAR) said it is involved in discussions with the Toronto Stock Exchange and the Montreal Exchange regarding the resumption of trading in its shares. The company noted that trading in its stock was halted Wednesday due to statements issued by Bre-X Minerals Ltd. (BXMNF) about the potential of the Busang gold deposit in Indonesia. Minorca said it hasn't conducted any exploration activities on the Busang project and has no information regarding the drilling and sampling programs which are the subject of the Bre-X audit. Minorca has an interest in the Busang project through an Indonesian company.
