to: Sidney Reilly from: truedog A very nice post and greatly appreciated by me. I agree with almost all of it, in total, but have a slightly different feeling about one point. Yes, we can forgive sins in the name of Jesus but, I believe the sins we can forgive are those perpetrated against ourselves. I don't see how we take it upon ourselves to forgive any sin that the sinner has done to someone we don't even know. This is where I differ with many denominations on this particular point. TD
