i agree. Although as the street adage goes, once a company is in play, it will always be in play (as a target,) i actually do not look for takeover play for CSCC, else it may end up getting low-balled like USRX and ONTK. Rather, i m hoping the networkers return to a higher price level so the target can negotiate with strength and not weakness.

since ASND and CSCC are dynamic *young* companies, i really hope the eventual takeover source has a deep mgt team, to accelerate the maturation process
