Anthony, I think we can deal with each other without calling names.

Cliff sobel is converting his shares at the request of management. It was his choice but he sees the long term value in IDTC and so do I.

Lets talk about valuation now. Why do you feel NTOP is 100 x over valued?

Why don''t you take a look at the original analysis of EBAY by Goldman when it came out. Then realize that NTOP has almost the exact same revenues. They control 90% of the paid minutes in their market as well. Finally telephony could be a 60 BILLION dollar business in a few years as opposed to only a 2Billion dollars industry.

As for cronies. I don't know what you are talking about. In my mind the only reason you are over here knocking NTOp. Is in the vain hope that you can scare folks out of it in order to protect your short position on IDTC, no?
