Good points.. I copied in its entirety.. Company "WAS" not debt free at the time of the audit.. clearly. They did NOT have several millions in cash at the time of audit either. They had NOT filed their Form 10 at the time either.. Good thing times are changing.. these are 3 points that we'll have to watch to be sure they are corrected... time will tell just remember the audit was some time ago and I think people are now focusing on where the company IS now.. and where it's likely going in the future with new revenues or contracts IF they can sign them. jim
