"just remember the audit was some time ago and I think people are now focusing on where the company IS now.. and where it's likely going in the future with new revenues or contracts IF they can sign them. Yes, I understand. I just didn't like the fact that the last thing that people see on that post to be miss-information. Before the second press release came out, several people were saying that the Net Income was from operations, which turns out to be false. I'd like to see the last two quarters to see if they have a going concern yet or is it all still "in the works". I have seen lots of companies say they are going to have .XX EPS. It's harder than most people think. Now this doesn't mean that you can't invest in this company and make some good money. Just as long as you know what you are doing and why. Mike
