This leaves 1,402,000 unaccountable but are not in the ADP/DTC report so they must be in cetificate form. This is what the company is trying to get a hold of Friday.
Now 1,143,000 is being pulled from the 3,221,500 so the DTC is going to be around 2,078,500 of which 250,000 were sold by a PR firm and the company is trying to capture. Note: 1,443,500 made it to the brokerage firms on 7/15/1999 when the price was in the 2.00 range. Whether held strong or not it could be shorted against.
Also with the DTCs showing only 1,778,500 all this time why did this stock fall from The 5 -7 range. If someone has a good explaination Please let me know and do not give me this crap of the company selling shares so the company can blame the shorters. If the company and the friends/consultants of the company were selling shares then we would be able to verify this and the company would not be providing us with what we are getting.
I am really curious why short warriors have not showed up here because the stock has traded 2,705,600 in the past 6 days which is only 500K short of what is in the DTC report. This stock should be going up not maintaining the .40 range but whatever ...
NOw this is my opinion and my willingness to share the DD I am finding out. Please do your own before you invest. DON'T COME BLAMING ME GOOD OR BAD! I hold presently 20K share which an AMSC of .44.
