Either I am a total idiot or you have them most screwed up signup on the net!!!

I have spent over an hour on your site trying to signup for your service - after 4 attempts, I have yet to get completely through the procedure!

Seems I made a mistake when I tried to back up a page - a "normal" internet action - to change some info I had put in. This took me not to the proceeding page I was trying to get too but to a message that I couldn't do that - - thanks a lot!

When I then tried to start over it showed that my username and password were already in the system! It seems that your program takes partial info - including CCard info - and inputs it into your computer BEFORE one has completed the signup process!

At this point, I have tried to complete the process 3 or 4 times - had to use DIFFERENT username, password and email address each time because it keeps showing that the ones I had used before are in the system - AND I STILL AM NOT SIGNED UP!

I am not happy that I can not spent today to learn the program but must wait until in the morning to get to you office to have this problem resolved. AND I AM REALLY NOT HAPPY TO FIND OUT THAT I MUST WAIT UNTIL 11:00 est - A FULL HOUR AND A HALF AFTER THE MARKET OPENS - TO DO SO!

Will you PLEASE explain the logic of a NATIONAL company serving customers across the country - I am assuming here that you have at least 1 or 2 customers outside of California - that does not open ntil 11:00 est?

And will you PLEASE explain the logic of a STOCK TRADING DATA PROVIDER serving customers that are using their services for STOCK MARKET DATA not opening their tech support UNTIL THE MARKET OPENS AT 9:30 est - when the market opens?

Are you telling me that if I start to do my research an hour or so BEFORE the market opens - a not so unusual concept, is it? - and find I have a problem needing tech support I MUST WAIT UNTIL THE TRADING DAY IS UNDER WAY TO GET HELP?

I've got to tell you, in my opinion, that is not acceptable.
