"Completely confidential means insider trading violation" Wrong again, O'Wise One. 'Fraid not...unless he's already sold that 200k block he filed to sell. But then Handshake said he hadn't, and that filing to sell 200k shares (times 2) was a Good Thing because it means he expects a price-pop shortly...which certainly implies trading on inside knowledge. And if that information is being sharing with only select members of the public, he's doubly screwed. So unless someone on the Board is being very, very stupid, this latest "tip" is either not from inside, in which case what's the point of spreading it, or it is a fabrication. Your choice. Now, O'Wise One, are you going to stand still long enough to answer the questions that were put to you?
