I agree with you but I am a person that believes in justice..period...why should any of the kennedy's be held responsible for the actions of 1 family member?? who will get sued? johns parents are gone....ted had nothing to do with it....carolyns and jfk jr. estate should be one in the same unless there was a pre-nupt (i don't know if there was)...im thinking maybe the only thing going here is that lauren being a seprate entity from her sister and her husband...might give her parents some recourse against carolyns and jfk's estate....but in speculation, I have a funny feeling that the family of jfk jr have and will accomodate lauren's family out of good will and not legal obligation...if the kennedy's lawyers decide that perhaps a settlement is warranted, a payoff rather than a court battle would be more desirable because the lawyers will walk away with NILL and as far as I am concerned, great. But as I said....if the whole kennedy family is responsible, this is not a good standard legally and will open up a can of worms.
