Clarence,
Below is an abstract of a private post to a CyberCorp person. It outlines the thinks that are important to me with a grade of 1-10, with 10 the highest. I've indicated my current comments between ">>" "<<" pairs.
Regards,
Dan.

10 - $14.95 tickets >> Great! << 10 - Integration with QCharts >> Good but still needs more tight integration. << 9 - CyberExchange - Order Entry flexibility (Direct to ECN's, MM's.) and Smart, fast executions, confirmations and cancellations >> Very good. Also, I understand that they will have a new version of CyberX in the near future that increases flexibility even more. << 9 - Real-time bid/ask/current price DATA (NOT graphics). I.e., click Buy/Sell/Short and know price is current >> Good to Very Good. They need to add a mechanism where your Order Entry price leads or lags the current bid or ask bye certain amount or percent. Should help in fast-moving markets. << 8 - Access to pre and post-market trading >> Very good. Pretty good fills on Island. << 8 - Access to shortable shares, with easy notification (put cursor over "Short" button). >> Very good. Last week, I wanted to short PCLN, but they didn't have any shorts showing. I sent a message (integral messaging to their trading desk) asking if they had any shorts. Six minutes later, the messaged back saying that 2,000 were now available! Love it! << 8 - Real-time updating of current position, acct., etc. >> Seems Very Good, but I still need more experience. << 8 - Easy to use interface (improves my ability to enter fast accurate orders) >> Excellent, except that it uses too much space. << 8 - Easy account and trade management >> Their account management panel allows you to click and drag the contents to Excel. Great for tracking trading results. << |
