Edgar shows listing of ART 144 shares on July 21 and July 23. Does anyone have ability to advise name and amount of restricted shares that were or are to be sold?

Definitive Proxy also shows ART annual meeting advancing to September
8 from preliminary date of September 21.

August 11 still 2Q conference call date.
