I think this is what is called a Business Opportunity.

Go2Wherever is handing someone a golden opportunity. We know it's not the bells and whistles that attracted us here, that junk is available all over the web and we already have sites for it. Some smart guys are gonna buy a server, install a crisp, clean style that will look like Guess What, and the same discerning people will migrate there to continue their conversations. And will probably be willing to pay a small yearly fee for the privilege of keeping the place going. Build in the way-cool Browsemaster and you would have the only improvement that was really of value. There's undoubtedly some savvy SI'ers already waiting in the wings for Go2Net to complete their folly and get out of the way.
