EXECUTIVE OFFICERS
The executive officers of the Company are as follows:
GERRY BERG is the Company's Chief Executive Officer, acting Chief Financial Officerand Corporate Secretary. Mr. Berg was the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Business Development and Corporate Secretary of Imaging Technologies Corporation (ITEC) from August 1998 to February 1999. From February 1998 to August 1998, Mr. Berg served as the ITEC's Vice President of Operations, Corporate Secretary and acting Chief Financial Officer. From August 1995 to January 1998, Mr. Berg served as a senior management consultant with a variety of publicly traded companies. From September 1988 to August 1995, Mr. Berg served as the ITEC'S Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary. From 1989 to 1995 he served as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Berg is a Certified Public Accountant and has a B.A. degree from Walsh College.
ERIK VIDRIO is the Company's President. Mr. Vidrio has designed, remodeled and built elite custom residences in Southern California Areas include Rancho Sante Fe, La Jolla, Fairbanks Ranch, Rancho Palos Verde, Beverly Hills and Pacific Palisades. As a contractor, he has worked extensively with architects, designers, subcontractors and suppliers in the building and design industry. Mr. Vidrio has experience in the newest computer technology including multi-media presentations and production, CAD design and rendering, animation, A/V System programming, 3-D modeling and the latest in Internet programming. Mr. Vidrio has extensive acoustical training. He has a degree from Trebas Institute and an apprenticeship under a Grammy award winning acoustics expert that included the building of commercial recording studios. The combination of these skills has led to the creation of the backbone of the Company's proprietary product, HOM Theater.com and HOMnet.com.
DAVID GARCIA has thirty years experience in the Film & Television industry with credits ranging from Cameraman, Writer, Director to Executive Producer.
While still in graduate school Garcia was offered an opportunity to produce a local documentary series, REFLECTIONS for KABC-TV. In a short time the series won a local "EMMY" award for best Public Affairs Documentary Series. David was then offered a position as an Executive at MCA Universal Television where he worked on several Movies of the Week for the networks as well as the first successful mini-series, RICH MAN POOR MAN. He was then promoted to Executive-Current Programs. After a successful tour at Universal, Garcia moved to NBC where he became Manager of Current Programs. In seven months he was promoted to Director of Development, Dramatic Series, where he was involved in the development of new prime time dramatic shows for the network. David was then appointed to the position of Executive Producer of Movies and Mini-Series where he was in charge of the largest mini-series made for television at the time, James A. Michener's CENTENNIAL, (26 hrs.)David left NBC to become an independent producer with Filmways Television where he produced pilots and Movies of the Week for the networks. |
