I also have been working on the Gann box for some time now. I don't know if you are already doing this but I'll through it out anyhow.

Before you click on the Gann box in GET shrink your charts down through the use of the chart tool box. You can tighten the distance between the bars as well as shorten the height of them. This allows you to see the whole Elliott move vs. just 1 or 2 of the waves on the screen.

Now turn on the Gann box and start from wave 2. When you decide on the final resting place for the box set it into place. Then go back up to the chart tool box and hit the reset button which will reset your charts back to its original starting point and scale but now with the Gann box as well.
