I have found First Aid to work quite well, it is not the answer for all your computer problems, but it does a reasonable job of troubleshooting and clearing up some of your day to day conflicts. The crash gard portion of the program has saved me from losing material several times. I find it much more effective then Symantec. It has an easy to use interface and it looks like a good consumer product. It can only get better and I feel like they have a big jump on the competition. It should evolve into a must have product for everyone. But, then I lost my butt on Quarterdeck....CYBR does however look as if it is recovering today.....
