hmmm. We're almost to -10 which happened before the trounce to all-time highs :) wwfn.com "Below you will find charts of previous crash signals. We have had two false signals in the last 5 years (1994 and 1999), but have never failed to signal a major U.S. market crash." Kinda like the bond market predicting 50 of the last 2 recessions :)
