This sell off is much different than the decline that started in July 1998. At that time we saw considerable distribution in the large cap names with about 400 new 52 week lows being made daily on the NYSE. This was liquidation. Today's decline is not the same... Rotation! rotation! rotation! Oh baby rotate me! James i wish you a marvelous night with your X....
