pardon me, but if speculation is pointless and that equal weight should be applied to BOTH sides of the Y2K debate as you claim, then would you please explain to me, a sexy senior citizen why our military is openly speculating for the gloomy only outcomes resulting from simultaneous infrastructure failure triggering more infrastructure failures? or do you believe the army in particular is flexing their mental muscle on the internet practicing disinformation, and employing the Naval College in their little public ruse?

and why is it a debate? Jan 1, 2000 will come inspite of you taking the pro or con position.

i guess i missed that chapter in your diatribe against us thoughtful, insightful planning types that are harming no one, bracing ourselves individually, and removing ourselves from the melee'.

you know us: we're the panic inciting types, the ones that will you will be unable to find because of how deep we are in our rural foxholes, sound asleep for the winter like good little foxes should be. :)
