Is this MCI deal announced today with the U.S. Postal service the contract KCA was involved in? It sounds to big a deal and doesn't sound like it's up KCAs expertise. Can they be a niche player in this deal?

Just wondering. I figure since the price of KCA hasn't reacted today that this news has nothing to do with KCA.
