When you have no info coming from a company, any company, you just have to do your best to dig up whatever you can. Sometimes your info is correct, sometimes it's not. It would be nice if we heard all this from Jim Vellema himself, but if not, then you get whatever info you can.
MPTV has come close to losing this property on several occasions, but has done a fantastic job at not only holding on, but quite possibly coming out of this with a great deal. The only real mystery is exactly what kind of a deal they go with, i.e., which lender or lenders, they go with.
I do know for an absolute fact that the Hawaiian property (the Kona Reef Condominiums) is just sitting there, waiting for MPTV to take it over. Not only is the deal still on, but the owner said he would love to sell it to MPTV. As for two of the California properties, I have been told that MPTV can jump right back into them, as well. In fact, at one time, MPTV was actually selling timeshares at the California locations, until they ran into money problem. So yes, there are definitely more properties that MPTV can acquire. All they have to do is sew this deal up, first (Lake Tropicana), their flagship property.
Until then, we just sit and wait. In the end, who knows how this is all going to turn out? I guess that's the thrill of OTCBB stocks. You pays your money, you takes your chances. LOL.
