Michael, I don't like to sound cynical, but from what I've seen in many other cases, lots of money=lots of justice. I think if the Kennedy's lawyers decide that a settlement is warranted, they will not be doing it out of goodwill. They will do it because of all the scandals that their family members have been involved in. And they don't want any more of their dirty laundry aired out in public.
