You are talking about lack of liquidity.

Well, to be honest, this is part of the rules.

Because liquidity is low, it has the potential to go up 10 points on 3M shares traded.

So, although the risks with this type of stocks are obvious, their potential rewards are not less obvious.

Now, just between you and me, what is the difference between the next IPO that offers less than 4M shares of a business that doesn't even have 1 customer, but a pile of debts; and PCNA?

Well, if you are willing to be open, PCNA has been in business for more than 5 years, PCNA has a wide customer base, PCNA is profitable, and PCNA's Internet strategy is as promising as the business plan of all the WebMD's around.

That's the difference.

As far as I'm concerned, I hope the big guns like you will stay out of the stock. Violent surges are always followed by violent implosions.
