Olympus is a cash deep corp. with cash reserves for this kind of situations.Don't be surprise that Olympus from the beginning only agree to share technology with the soul intention of branching the grey areas of patents. It may be unethical but is it illegal? If legal proceedings are held in Canada Xillix would surely win a judgement, but if it held in Asia where there's a long history of not punishing corporate businesses for illegal practices we might just see a slap on the wrist for Olympus.Either way Xillix will suffer.I still think that the share will solidify at about 0.35.
