In my city, flashcom offers DSL residential service starting from $49.95/month with free this and that, really good deal and competitive against cable Internet. Flashcom is powered by Covad. I think Covad is a long term winner. COVD and NPNT are like the early days of QWST and GBLX. I already have a lot NPNT so I'm not in a hurry to jump in COVD yet. I like it better at 30s.
